Dave & Patricia Stevens, Toronto, ON 3-27-18 Recently, we went on a two week vacation to Hawaii. Having never been there before we put our fate in CM Travel to make all the arrangements for us. Included were air lines, four different hotels, several tours, auto rental, and a host of amenities, and a couple of surprises. With just one little hick-up… everything went off as planned. Our flight home was delayed for three hours. Not bad! Everything went just like clock work! Entering the terminal after landing at Maui I received a text. I looked at the text and it says, ” Welcome to Maui”. Couldn’t have been better timing and I was impressed. How did they know we had just landed? We highly recommend Neal for your vacation needs. He makes sure you get the things you want and require. He’s a stickler for detail and getting it right. We will be using him again in the future for another adventure. Your patience and humour in working with me during the planning process was amazing! I am an extremely nervous traveller. Your organized tickets and support information and knowing you will be there if I need help – helps! Love your service! Will definitely recommend you, and use you again.

J, Frisk, Montreal, Quebec 7-21-17 Pass-on to your other clients speed limits in Holland are strictly enforced using speed camera traps. Hard to drive there and not end up with fines. Also, although it worked out fine, the car rental company had changed names… having been bought out by another company since you booked the travel. They honoured the reservation without a problem thanks to your detailed documentation! Also, tell others that no USA credit or debit card is accepted at many gas stations, restaurants, grocery stores, and some other types of small businesses in some countries in Europe! You need cash in Euros… only credit and debit cards issued in country are accepted by these businesses. Thank you again. All of your detailed pre-travel information made for pleasant air, hotel, and ground travel – before and after our cruise!
