The business travel planning experience you can anticipate:

• The first time you travel with me, I will collect and enter all of your personal information, payment preferences, frequent traveler information, and your personal travel preferences into my secure off-line data system.
• Thereafter, all you have to do is send me an e-mail me indicating where you want to go, the date and time preferences for travel, and a list of any special needs you may have for a particular trip.
• While you are relaxing and enjoying your free time, I immediately start researching your travel request.
• You will receive an e-mail with a “short list” of travel options, (and applicable related comments and recommendations).
• You then either choose the itinerary you like best, or should at least one of the choices not exactly match your needs, simply call or e-mail me with any questions or revisions desired.
• If required, I then fine-tune the travel plan, and return it for final review and approval.
• Once the travel plan is what you want, you send me an e-mail indicating your final choice... and I then finalize and book your travel. 
• Should any unexpected issues occur at time of final booking, I will immediately notify you - so I can quickly resolve them to your satisfaction.
• I complete your ticketing, send it off by priority mail, and notify you by e-mail what day you should expect your document set to arrive at your mailing address.
• You open you travel document package, review the contents, if necessary call me with any final questions, and - you are ready to walk out the door. You will look forward to this package each time you travel... it will feel like a gift.
• Your business travel will be reliable, low stress, and hassle free with no surprises along the way.
• If you should have problems traveling for any reason, or need to change your plans... if the back-doors I build into your travel plan to address most issues do not address your needs, simply call or e-mail me 24/7 ...and I will respond to your message ASAP.
