¹The stop loss max. for the 12 month policy period for all trip cancellation losses is $5000.00 total per 12mo.

³Coverage amount listed is a per-trip stop loss amount – as in standard travel insurance policies... meaning the coverage limit resets to the listed coverage maximum amount for each new continuous-travel period, (i.e. from the date of departure through the date of return - as defined for each unique-set of travel reservation arrangements for which you have both started and completed travel within the 12 month coverage period).

⁴Losses due to pre-existing conditions may be covered only if: you are verifiably medically able to travel at the time of purchase of this insurance policy; you have not filed a claim for trip cancellation due to a pre-existing illness within 120 days of the effective date of this insurance policy; and you were a legal resident of the United States on the date this policy was purchased. The pre-existing conditions waiver coverage is limited to individual travel-reservation-sets having a total cost, (the cost total of all arranged travel-set components), of $10,000 or less; and is limited to travel reservation arrangements for which the trip's initial deposit payment to any vendor was dated no-earlier-than 13 days before the purchase date of this policy. A pre-existing medical condition is defined as an illness or injury that you or a covered traveling companion or family member were seeking or receiving treatment for, or had symptoms of, on the day that you purchased your 12 month travel insurance plan, (or at any time in the 120 days before you purchased your 12 month policy). 

If this policy is renewed, and if pre-existing conditions coverage was not available to you on your original policy's purchase date, then said coverage will go into effect one day after the date of your first policy renewal.

This policy is renewable annually on the policy anniversary date, (at the current policy premium rate in effect on the policy renewal date.)
