How to order a Gift Certificate for Travel:   Call, FAX, or E-mail Neal and request a gift certificate. 

There is a $10.00 charge for this service (to cover the cost of producing the gift certificate and mailing the certificate by Priority Mail to the recipient).  This fee is fully credited towards travel when the gift certificate is redeemed, (when the recipient books their travel through CM TRAVEL 4FUN). 

Details:

CM Travel 4FUN Gift Certificates are pre-printed and numbered Formal 8½ by 11 inch Gift Certificates printed on quality paper for a named recipient, (the "Giver(s)" will have the option of personally signing the gift certificate if they so wish). 

These certificates are a "Giver's" dated "promise to pay" a specific set amount of money for travel booked through CM Travel 4FUN for a specific named recipient.  At the requested option of the "Giver", specific date ranges for allowable redemption... and specific destination or types of travel... may be defined within the text of the gift ceertificate.

Beyond the initial $10.00 fee, payment for the Gift Certificate is not collected from the "Giver" until the recipient actually books travel through CM Travel 4FUN.  At time of booking, the "Giver" is to supply the written credit card information and approval to allow payment of the promised amount printed on the gift certificate towards the recipient's travel.

Gift Certificates are not transferable, they have a set expiration date determined by the "Giver" (but not to exceed one year from date of issuance), and they have no cash value.  Gift Certificates are for a stated set amount only, if the total cost of travel booked by the recipient exceeds the amount of the gift certificate, then the recipient traveler has to pay the difference. 

If the total cost of travel is less than the value of the Gift Certificate, then the "Giver" is responsible for dispersing the difference, (as the "Giver" determines to be appropriate).  Under no circumstances will CM Travel 4FUN charge the "Giver" more than the actual total cost for the recipient's travel booked through CM Travel 4FUN - or the stated dollar amount of the Gift Certificate, (whichever is less).

REMEMBER:  10% OF THE AGENT FEE GENERATED*  FROM YOUR GIFT CERTIFICATE WILL BE DONATED TO CHARITY!    *(When the recpients arrange travel)
