THE "GIVE-BACK" PROCESS:  

1. You request in writing specific charities you would like me to donate to. 
2. I will contact the local charity with information about the program. I will request a written statement from the charity verifying what the money is being used for, listing the contact person to send the money to, the name to put on the check, and the mailing address to send the check to.
3. I mail out all charity “GIVE BACK CHECKS” on the 20th of each month, noting on each check which client’s travel led to the check being donated. Charity recipients are normally required to e-mail me back a confirmation of donation, which I “cc” a copy of to the client who requested the donation!
4. After the first time that you request that I donate in your name to a charity, then every time you book travel with me thereafter, that charity will automatically receive a donation in the amount of 10%* of my Agent Fee.  *(With the exception of Travel which clients choose to "self-book" through the CM TRAVEL 4 FUN Self-Booking Engine... in which case my donation is limited to a maximum of $2.00 per self-booking since no agent fee is generated).

FAQ’s:

• What constitutes a “charity”? Any group or organization which positively serves/affects residents in your local area. Religious groups/organizations; community groups; environmental groups; local child or adult sports teams; SCHOOLS (student functions, clubs, sports-teams, bands, or other organizations); bowling or other sports leagues; food banks; scouting groups; animal shelters; more. To qualify, a “charity” must spend the money I donate locally, (no money to state/national organizations, please), and must not be a part of any “for profit” business or political campaign. A “charity” is any group that generates a positive influence on the community, in the lives of individuals within the community, and/or positively impacts the environment in the community. Not sure if your group qualifies… just ask me!
• Can I request more than one charity to divide up my donation request between? Yes, up to three!
