• When ordering foreign currency of any type... It is normally wiser to use your debit card instead of a credit card for online currency purchase payment...  as this will always avoid the expensive credit card fees associated with the purchase of foreign currency. 
  As of 1-1-11, only one Credit card does not add additional fees for purchase of foreign currency:  "CAPITAL ONE".  Please note Capital One may change this policy at any time... so always re-verify with Capital One that no fees will be charged before using this card to purchase foreign currency. 
  
• Consider purchasing currency partially in bank notes and partialy loaded onto a TRAVELEX pre-paid MasterCard whenever possible.  The TRAVELEX MasterCard provides protection against loss or theft... so it is the safest means of carrying accessible cash while traveling!
