• When ordering foreign currency of any type online... whenever possible, use your debit card instead of a credit card.  Why?  Because most US Banks charge you the same credit card fees to purchase currency from your home... as they would if you were overseas (another nasty hidden fee)!  Some Capital One cards, some Platinum Amex cards, and a few high-end Visa and MasterCard credit cards do not charge these fees... but most credit cards issued by US Banks do!  Debit cards do not charge foreign currency fees of any kind.  In doubt... call your credit card provider before using a credit card to buy currency.
• When practical... purchase and carry some foreign currency in bank notes... and then load all of the rest of the money you want to carry onto a TRAVELEX pre-paid MasterCard (in either dollars, pounds, or Euros... your choice of these 3 currencies should be the currency the most readily accepted at your destination). 
• Putting your cash onto a TRAVELEX MasterCard provides maximum protection against loss or theft... and conveniently allows you to buy local currency out of any international ATM that accepts MasterCar - as you need it - without paying a credit card transaction fee (only ATM fees and possibly a currency exchange fee charged by the local bank will apply).
• Travelers are issued 2 different Travelex MasterCards attached to the same account... so if one is lost or stolen... the traveler only needs to call, fax (or go online) to notify Travelex online that the 1st card needs to be canceled... then the traveler can again immediately again start using the second card.  Any losses from funds spent against your card before it was canceled  - are limited to $50.00 so long as the card loss was immediately reported (same rules apply as with any other lost MasterCard).
• If you lose both of your Travelex MasterCards... contact Travelex and they will overnight new replacement cards nearly anywhere in the world for only a shipping fee.  When you use a Travelex Mastercard you always have access to your money - even if all of your cash and credit cards are lost... if needed, Travelex will wire you money in the currency you have chosen for your Travelex MasterCard - anywhere in the world.
• Since travelers are issued 2 cards... both the husband and wife may carry and use their own Travelex MasterCard while traveling.
• Your Travelex MasterCard may be "reloaded" with additional funds by phone, fax, or online request at any time 24/7 while you are traveling (up to the legal dollar limit allowed).
• Using your Travelex MasterCard, you may make retail credit card purchases in the locally accepted currency that you pre-loaded onto your MasterCard... (in Europe, in the UK, and in all other countries that accept the Euro, the pound, or the dollar as direct payment).  This avoids the (often hidden) higher fees and the double currency exchange fees that you would otherwise be charged by the local banks and your credit card company (if you use a personal credit card).  In addition, many vendors throughout Europe, Asia, and elsewhere now use credit card machines that automatically add additional merchant foreign exchange fees to personal credit cards issued by US Banks.  In some countries, the total of these added fees approaches 20%!
• Your Travelex Pre-loaded MasterCard may be used at any location in the world that accepts MasterCard (for purchases, currency exchange, or to simply to get cash in the local currency).  This is not true for many personal credit cards!
• If you wish to purchase more than $3000.00 USD (cost) of foreign currency, it will be necessary to use more than one debit or credit card account (and the second card must be from a different bank). 
• The debit or credit card used to purchase curency must have a physical billing address, (not a PO Box).  All currency purchased through Travelex is always automatically be delivered to the billing address of the debit or credit card used to purchase the currency, (no exceptions).

Travelex MasterCard's and foreign currency are automatically delivered to the physical billing address associated with the credit or debit card used to purchase the currency.

PO Boxes are not accepted as delivery addresses... (no exceptions to these delivery requirements are allowed).
