*Sample plan rates that are quoted above are for group sizes of 301 or more requiring mandatory purchase by all group members, single pay cash premium payment, bulk (not individual) policy delivery to travelers, for trips which are limited to 30 days or less.  Applicable plans and coverage type/amounts for your specific group may differ from the samples provided, thus associated premiums may also differ.

**"Adult Groups" are travelers age 26 or older - but may include travelers under the age of 26 if they pay "Adult Group" rates.  All "Adult Group" members pay the same premium amount - regardless of actual age. 

HIGHLY DISCOUNTED STUDENT GROUPS are also available at even lower premium rates!  To qualify as a "Student Group", all travelers must be under the age of 26 on date of departure.  Ask Neal for a quote today!

The above quoted $1000.00 standard trip cancellation coverage limit may be increased for an additional premium... to a max of $50,000.00 for adult policies, and up to $10,000.00 for student policies.  Coverage limits may be increased for the entire group or for individual group-members to meet specific travel needs.  For Deluxe Policies, "cancel for any reason" coverage increases proportionally when the standard cancellation coverage is increased, (Example: if standard coverage increased to $2000, the "cancel for any reason coverage increases to $1500).

Trip Interruption coverage for the Standard and Comprehensive policies varies in proportion to the amount of standard cancellation coverage purchased.  The Trip Interruption coverage amount is always 150% of the standard cancellation coverage amount, (Example:  If $5000 of standard trip cancellation coverage is purchased, then the trip interruption coverage amount would be $7500 for that policy).

OTHER GROUP TRAVEL INSURANCE PURCHASE INFORMATION:

For all group policies, eligibility requires that at least six group members purchase the group policy offered.  Should less than 6 individuals purchase group travel insurance, the group policy will be cancelled and the premium costs refunded, (less any applicable non-refundable agent or insurance underwriter fees).

Group travel insurance policies offered by CM TRAVEL 4FUN may include limited vendor default coverage… if the policy purchase was approved and payment completed by no later than 10 days after initial trip deposit.

Policies providing cancel for any reason coverage is limited to travelers who completed the policy approval and payment process by no later than 15 days after the traveler's initial trip deposit.

All group policies offered by CM TRAVEL 4FUN may provide a Pre-Existing Medical Conditions Waiver if the policy purchase was approved and payment completed at least 7 days before the traveler's final (last) required travel vendor payment - prior to date of travel.  To qualify - traveler can not be disabled (unable to travel) at time of policy purchase.

Policies are available to groups either as a mandatory purchase (every person in the group required to buy insurance), or as optional purchase (group members have the choice of purchasing the group policy offered - or not).  Mandatory purchase policies are always less expensive than optional purchase policies.  However, optional purchase policies have the advantage of allowing group members to opt out of purchasing group travel insurance coverage.

Group policies available for optional purchase must be approved and payment completed by no later than 7 days before the traveler's final (last) vendor required travel arrangement payment (for pre-arranged travel) prior to travel. 

Mandatory purchase group policies must be approved and payment completed within 10 days after the traveler makes their initial event-registration deposit (applies to event deposits with their event planner... and any other travel vendor deposit of any type, (air, tour, cruise, or other) associated with a pre-arranged travel service (which is related to the shared group travel event).  

The last date a traveler may purchase a group policy from CM TRAVEL 4FUN is 20 days prior to a travelers scheduled trip departure date.

All group policies offered by CM TRAVEL 4FUN are underwritten by an insurance company that is rated A- or better by A. M. Best.
